I am running Windows 98 SE and have a Quantum 13GB hard disk. I can only see 8GB using Fdisk. How do I access the other 5GB?
On that computer, you probably can't. Your Bios or IDE disk controller doesn't support something called the 'interrupt 13 extensions', so the disk space you can access is limited to 8GB.
